designed TO FIT COMFORTABLY IN YOUR HAND. Just insert the Ergo
Composite Hockey Stick End-Plug into hollow composite and aluminum
hockey sticks with supplied hot melt glue, like a replacement

Sweet
Hands
SweetHands stickhandling will greatly improve your speed, timing, eye
and stick coordination, precision, puck control, touch, feel
and consistency when handling a puck or stick handling ball. These
skills are achieved through maneuvering a puck or ball in
and out of SweetHands forcing the player to lift their stick
up and over the connecting arm while keeping control of the
puck or ball. |

Stickhandling Balls
Like the MoveMaster, each ball has a different weight and purpose. Starting with the MuscleBall players develop in slow motion proper stickhandling and wrist roll techniques. Then, moving onto the SkillzBall where players can refine those patterns while increasing the speed in which they perform those stickhandling movements. Lastly, the SpeedBall is the final ball that allows players to master their moves and techniques increasing speed even more! |

MoveMaster
This product is made up of 3 individually weighted pucks allowing a player to perfect movement patterns.
By using the heaviest puck first (MusclePuck; 11.5oz) the player is learning the movement pattern focusing on form and technique. As they progress, the second heaviest puck gets used (SkillzPuck; 6.8oz) the player is refining the movement pattern, developing proper hand position, technique and muscle memory. Lastly, the lightest puck (SpeedPuck; 3.4oz) is mastering the movement pattern, increasing speed and also has the ability to combine it with other combination moves. |
